Growth and feeding

The earth turtles are herbivorous; those of fresh water, carnivores and those of sea, omnivorous. The marine turtles eat chorale, who provides to them with calcium, aquatic vegetation, seaweed, and most carnivorous they eat small invertebrates or pulpy, the turtles baúlas eat jellyfish. The turtles constantly migrate between the areas of feeding and those of reproduction. The turtles are in the areas of reproduction in winter and those of feeding in summer.
The marine turtles have a growth

uninterrupted during all their life. When being born, the 50 turtles can weigh g, in a year 2 kg, to the 3 years 20 kg and 300 kg in the maturity (14 years). Maturity reaches the sexual it between the 6 and 15 years.
